Gambling.com Group has officially rebranded to Grandstand to align with its expanded business scope. The corporate name change took effect on July 23, 2026, as the listed affiliate company transitioned its shares to the Nasdaq Global Market.
Business Evolution and Restructuring
Management explained that the company has evolved beyond its original focus on performance marketing to include data, technology, and audience solutions. CEO Kevin McCrystle stated that the new identity draws a "clear distinction" between the corporate group and the unchanged Gambling.com brand, which continues to provide casino and sportsbook reviews.
The rebranding coincides with a strategic restructuring that involves cutting 25 percent of the workforce to integrate artificial intelligence capabilities.
The group has also recently strengthened its portfolio through the acquisitions of OpticOdds and the Las Vegas booking platform Spotlight.Vegas. Trading under the new ticker symbol GRSD began on July 23.
